Dear Friends,
We hope you are all well! We are enjoying the weather, spending a lot of time together. I know I mention this a lot, but I am so thankful for this special time we have with our kids. It’s wonderful to get to know them better and spend all day with them.
In April we started memorizing verses. We memorized over 30 verses by now. (If you are interested, I posted these at the end of this post.) It’s wonderful to hear my children say during a thunderstorm “When I am afraid, I put my trust in You!” They also correct and encourage each other with Bible verses. I can’t think of anything better than this! I hope they will remember these verses/passages as they are growing up and that God will remind them of these verses when they need it most.
The boys are enjoying the extra attention they get. Joshua still loves to talk, loves to goof around, and learns so much from his sisters. Jonathan crawls everywhere in a heartbeat and pulls himself up in anything he can find. 🙂
Amy is teaching Haley daily (they have “school”). I love seeing how much our kids love each other and how well they play together.
So we are doing well. Very well. We are grateful to God for His faithfulness, for His provision, for His love. We are grateful we have each other and can grow together.
